I can’t complain about acne
I normally don’t suffer from oily skin and I don’t usually suffer from breakouts of my skin That’s why, when my skin breakouts it can feel really frustrating. I’ve noticed that my skin seems to break out more when I’m suffering from stress and feeling rundown.
Recently this been happening more and more 🙁
To help combat my skin breakout I decided to invest in a skincare product that promises to help in the mission of balancing the complexion: Tea Tree Oil.
Tea Tree Oil is a cost-effective way to help your skin regain its balance and it also helps to even out your skin tone.
There are two ways to apply the product to the face: one is by spreading it over your entire face, to prevent and fight acne and skin breakouts in general, and the other is by applying the oil, with the help of a cotton swab or cotton ball directly to a specific spot or pimple on your face.
When I started testing the oil, I spread it with my hands, just like I use my other beauty products for black and dark skin.
Here’s A LITTLE tip: don’t do this
I believe using this beauty product in this way is a mistake. Heres why this miracle beauty product is also antiseptic, applying it with your hands (no matter how clean your hands might be can still be carrying bacteria), which in my humble opinion “nullifies” its power.
I spent some time using it that way, without feeling any effect, until I decided to use it with a cotton wool ball, as the brand itself recommends – and then the magic happened!
I have used Tea Tree Oil 3x a week, on the forehead, nose, and chin, with the help of a cotton pad. Then, I use a hyaluronic acid serum on top to moisturize and prevent skin sensitization.
When I feel a pimple or spot appearing, I apply some Tea Tree Oil, I find that after a few days the spot normally dries out. I love this product and in my opinion, it’s a little bottle powered miracle, and I love the fact that it’s a natural substance.
